Provider

Voxendi is an independent software product operated by Vadzim Ramanouski in Poland. Questions about the App or these Terms can be sent to support@voxendi.com.

Agreement and license

By downloading or using Voxendi, the user agrees to these Terms. They supplement the Apple Standard EULA. Subject to those terms, the user receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on supported Apple devices.

The service

Voxendi provides live speech transcription and translation, typed-text translation, camera text recognition, optional local history, and spoken playback. It uses Apple system frameworks and language models available on the device. A network connection may be required to download Apple language assets, retrieve subscription products, complete or restore purchases, or send privacy-filtered diagnostics.

Translation limitations

Machine-generated recognition, OCR, and translation can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Voxendi is an assistive tool, not a certified interpreter or emergency service. It must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, immigration, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

Free access

Each installation may receive one live-translation session of up to five minutes. It is consumed only after the microphone session starts successfully. Reinstalling or manipulating device storage does not create a right to another free session.

Subscriptions and trials

Voxendi may offer weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the duration, full localized renewal price, included service, and renewal terms. A three-day introductory trial may appear only when Apple determines the user is eligible.

• Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Deleting Voxendi does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices, taxes, trial eligibility, billing, and refunds are controlled by Apple and may vary by storefront.

Users can restore purchases in the App and manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Apple processes App Store refund requests.

Responsible use

Users must comply with applicable law, respect the rights of others, and obtain any consent required before transcribing or translating another person. The App may not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, abuse, infringement, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Privacy and third parties

Users retain their rights in the content they process. Voxendi does not claim ownership of translation content. Apple, RevenueCat, and Sentry support specific parts of the App as explained in the Privacy Policy, and their availability may be outside Voxendi's complete control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Voxendi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal language availability, or error-free translation. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are intended to be governed by Polish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Contact support@voxendi.com to resolve a concern.
